What you'll be doing


In the role of Sales Growth Expert, you'll assume a crucial position in driving our business forward through client acquisition and relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Being the primary liaison for prospects, engaging with them through various channels to expand our client base and enhance MultiMinds' market presence. 
  • Focusing on strategic growth initiatives, leveraging your commercial insight and industry knowledge to contribute to the overall success of MultiMinds.
  • Collaborating closely with our Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers, to identify opportunities and drive effective business outcomes.


Your responsibilities in a nutshell


As a Sales Growth Expert, you will play a pivotal role in fostering our client base and reinforcing our market position. Your daily activities will include:


  • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients within various sectors, driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Prepare for and participate in meetings with potential and existing clients, ensuring a tailored approach to their needs and goals.
  • Sales Strategy Contribution: Work alongside our Sales Manager to refine sales processes and strategies, utilising your insights and analytical skills to improve outcomes.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Craft compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of MultiMinds' offerings.
  • Sales Analytics: Ensure accurate tracking and management of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system

Job requirements

Our dream candidate


  • Experience: 2 years or more of B2B sales experience, ideally in online marketing solutions or digital products. Familiarity with the data/digital landscape is highly desirable.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), strong analytical and presentation skills, and an ability to adapt sales strategies to evolving market trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • Mindset: A team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to the collective success of MultiMinds.
