What you'll be doing


As a Junior Sales & Business Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting our top level leadership. You’ll help optimise the sales journey, prepare client-facing materials, and collaborate with marketing and account management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for business development.


Your responsibilities in a nutshell

  • Direct support to C-level executives in day-to-day sales operations.

  • Help streamline and improve the overall sales journey, from lead generation to closing.

  • Coordinate and contribute to key meetings across the sales cycle. This includes:

    • preparing and leading weekly internal sales meetings.

    • assisting with Board meetings, focusing on the sales segment.

    • organising client meetings by handling scheduling, note-taking, and action item tracking.

  • Follow-up and nurturing leads.

  • Keep the CRM system accurate and up-to-date.

  • Create clear and professional documents for our clients. These include:

    • Client presentations: Visual slides that explain ideas, plans, or results.

    • Project outlines: Documents that describe what a client wants, what we’ll deliver, and how we’ll work together. These are called Statements of Work, or SOWs. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of them, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

    • Contracts: Assist with preparation and administration of client agreements.

    • Ensure consistency and quality across commercial documents (SOWs, MSAs, and other formal materials).

  • Support account management and help maintain strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with marketing on whitespace analysis and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct desk research to support sales strategy and client insights.

Job requirements

Our dream candidate

  • You hold a Bachelor of Business Management, Science in Business Administration, or Business Engineering.

  • You have a MultiMinds mindset (see below!) and a no-nonsense approach to problem-solving.

  • You are eager to grow into a sales or commercial role.

  • You have excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and documents.

  • You can work independently and take initiative.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. You have good communication skills in French.
