Your dream job


As MultiMinds HR Manager your role is to develop and execute the HR strategy.  


Your responsibilities in a nutshell:

  • Create job descriptions and vacancies
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy
  • Screen candidates
  • Create and implement an onboarding program
  • Develop and implement a performance management system
  • Develop and implement a strategic training plan
  • Be a company ambassador and promote company values

You are the SPOC for all HR related questions and we depend on you to make sure all MultiMinds are feeling happy and blessed working for us.

Job requirements

Our dream candidate


You have a Master in labor psychology or in an economic area or you can match it with your experience and drive.

We do expect you to work independently and give clear guidelines to the MultiMinds management.

A profound experience in a generalist HR function is necessary, as is the understanding of an employee life cycle and all HR related policies.

A MultiMinds mindset and a firm belief in no-nonsense problem solving is a must. 
Oh and polish up your English – we’re ready to go international.
