Your dream job

As a Business Developer you are the point of contact for our future customers! You have experience in the Data/Digital world and are curious about the latest developments. You are the commercial talent that helps us conquer a place on the world map. In this challenging role:

  • You empathize perfectly with the needs and goals of the customer
  • You translate the customer's business goals into digital opportunities, together with the team of digital strategy
  • You wake up in the morning in a good mood with the prospect of sparring on digital transformation at C-level
  • You like to be in the field to generate and harvest leads
  • You think along at a strategic and tactical level about the growth of our organization
  • You bring ideas about new business opportunities and you are enthusiastic to develop them further
  • You work together with a team of data strategists, data scientists, data engineers and project managers

Job requirements

Our dream candidate

Has a master's degree, preferably in an ICT, Data scientist/engineer, economic or innovation management direction or similar.  Five years of experience in a digital agency, consulting or similar with a proven track record in data strategy and/or digital marketing technology would be great.

Also a good understanding of the MarTech space is required. And what's important: we are not looking for a hard core salesperson. We prefer a commercial talent with consultancy skills who, of course, loves to network. If you are result-oriented and always looking for solutions with the most impact for our customers we match!

You would be a great fit for this job if you also have:

  • a strong entrepreneurial and commercial spirit
  • the power to look beyond the initial question and look for creative solutions
  • strong and convincing communication skills in Dutch and English
  • a proactive and customer-oriented way of working
  • the eager to learn and keep yourself continuously informed of the latest data and digital developments and trends 

And of course you are flexible and a team player that easily works independently with a high sense of accuracy :-).
